Property Representation

Prestige Realty Group may represent buyers, sellers, or both parties in a real estate transaction in accordance with applicable state law and our brokerage's disclosure practices. The nature of our representation will be disclosed to you in writing at the earliest practicable opportunity before entering into any representation agreement.

• Buyer's Agent: When representing a buyer, we act as your advocate and owe you fiduciary duties including loyalty, confidentiality, disclosure, obedience, and reasonable care.
• Seller's Agent: When representing a seller, we act in the seller's best interest. Buyers working with a listing agent should understand the agent represents the seller.
• Dual Agency / Disclosed Dual Agency: In some circumstances, we may represent both buyer and seller with written consent from both parties. This will be fully disclosed and documented.

Commission & Fees

Real estate agent compensation is typically paid at closing and is subject to the terms outlined in any applicable listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. Commission structures are negotiable and are not fixed by law.

• Seller's commission and any cooperative compensation to the buyer's agent will be specified in the listing agreement.
• Buyers should discuss representation compensation with their agent prior to entering into a buyer representation agreement.
• All commission and fee arrangements will be documented in writing prior to any representation commencing.

Property Information Accuracy
